Looking for a Serious Income Opportunity?
Maakoa Offers 7 Ways to Reach Financial Independence!
1. Retail and Preferred Customer Sales – Earn income and personal volume by selling Maakoa products at retail prices. You can purchase products at wholesale prices and then sell them direct. You can also refer your potential and ongoing customers to your Maakoa IBO (Independent Business Owner) website to order online. Enrolling Preferred Customers on AutoShip gives them a 15% discount off of the retail price and your organization earns Team volume as a result.
2. Fast Start Bonus (Paid WEEKLY) – The Fast Start Bonus (FSB) is earned by Maakoa IBOs based on how many new Maakoa IBOs they personally enroll every 4 weeks and the first product kit purchased by their personally enrolled team members. You have the opportunity to earn higher Fast Start Bonuses by consistently sponsoring two or more new IBOs every four weeks!
3. Team Volume Commissions (Paid WEEKLY) – Activate your business to receive Team Volume Commissions by enrolling two members in your team and being on AutoShip with at least 100 pv each 4 week period. Earn a 10% commission on Team Volume of your lesser binary leg, up to $7,500 a week!
4. Leadership Bonus Pool – Maakoa reserves up to 4% of total commissionable product volume company-wide for qualified Executives and above.
5. AutoShip Order Rebates – Distributors whose product orders during the 4 week bonus cycle are more than 200 pv will receive 25% of the volume above 200pv paid to them through the AutoShip Order Rebate. This 25% AutoShip rebate will be paid out the week that your AutoShip order is processed.
6. Team Builder Bonus (The 2-4-6-8 Bonus) – The Team Builder Bonus is designed to compliment the Fast Start Bonus as a way to promote duplication and team work. Once an IBO has enrolled two new IBOs in a 4 week period, they may earn an additional bonus of $80 in the next 4 weeks (total of eight weeks) by helping those new IBOs become Active (with current volume of 100 pv or more) and Qualified (having two active personal sponsors of their own). After enrolling 2 new IBOs in a 4 week period, help them each enroll 2 of their own new IBOs (with a $249 or $499 Kit) in the next 4 weeks and earn a Team Builder Bonus of $80. This grows your organization by 2 IBOs in 4 weeks, and by 6 IBOs in 8 weeks!
7. Leadership Matching Bonus (The Personal Enrollment Tree) – The Leadership Matching Bonus (LMB) entitles you to receive a share of your teams commissions on personal sponsors and their direct descendants, up to a total of six generations.
Based on this compensation plan, if you join us today and sponsor two IBO’s, then help them sponsor two of their own IBO’s, and they then help their new sponsors go on to sponsor their own two IBO’s… within 12 months you will be making $30,000 PER MONTH. Do you think you can live on $360,000 per year?
How to Build a Successful Network Marketing Team
The most successful Network marketers are the ones who know how to build a successful team around them. For some, leadership and sponsoring people comes naturally. But building a team is more than just leading a team and bringing in new recruits. Here are the key ingredients to building a successful MLM or network marketing team.
1. Make a commitment to your business. Many people dream about financial freedom and being their own boss. Some even dream about getting rich over night and sitting by the beach while the money rolls in. While this can happen, it does not happen without a commitment and it does not happen over night. You must commit to your business and commit to making it a success – no matter what. There will be fun times, exciting times… but there will also be hard work, and possibly some failures along the way. Do not let that deter you from your path! Commit to building your business for no less than one year. Do not even entertain the notion of giving up. Focus on building your business, avoid distractions from other people and other opportunities, and perform consistent actions towards the growth and success of your business.
2. Learn everything you can about your business. In order to build a successful team, you’ve got to develop your knowledge of the Maakoa business and how it works. You can’t share the opportunity with others without knowing what it’s all about, right? Login to your back office and look around, read the materials provided, watch the videos, and go through the training. If you absorb all of the information and start performing actions toward building your business, people will see you as an expert – as a leader – and they will follow your example.
3. Be the kind of sponsor that you’d want to have. Your sponsor is supposed to guide you, train you, and support you. It’s important that you commit to providing that kind of support to your team. You may have been involved in an MLM business in the past where you had an enthusiastic sponsor that brought you in the business only to be left all on your own soon after. It’s vital that you stay in contact with the people you bring into the business, be there when they ask for help, and prepare a system that will allow them to duplicate the success plan that you’re using. Lead by example so that your sponsors provide the same kind of support to the people they sponsor.
4. Motivate and inspire your team members. People are motivated in different ways and by different things, but research has shown that setting specific and challenging goals results in a higher level of performance. Don’t just say “I want to make more money” – be specific! How much do you want to make per year? Make that your goal. And don’t make your goal something that doesn’t challenge you – you can do it! Challenge yourself. Consider motivating your team by offering incentives for reaching their monthly goals. Maybe have a contest to kick things into high gear and appeal to people’s sense of competition. And share success stories and obstacles you’ve overcome – these types of things will serve to inspire your team.
5. Empower your team by providing them with the training, tools, and resources they need to succeed. In addition to your personal support, provide any additional materials you have found that have helped you succeed. For some this might mean a book that changed your life or even motivational CDs. But more than personal success tools, give them access to your business system for success. Did your sponsor share his or her success system with you and tell you about the tools he or she is using? This information is vital and often it’s the key to duplicating that success. This website is a key component to helping my team succeed. It’s got training modules, a forum to interact with me and the other team members, and resources that I use to create a successful business. Give of yourself and what you will get back in return will rock your world.
